Decelerant Shield helps to reduce frost and gunk durations. Further upgrading gives agility gained after frost or gunk expires but slower move speed.
Decelerant Shield is a defensive trinket that reduces frost and gunk durations. Further upgrading, it allows the Frost and Gunk debuffs to be cleased after a cooldown, and allows the player to gain Flask of Ice or Oil if performed multiple times, but decreases player movespeed.
