The 'Vitamins' is required for those who wish to be a 'Buff main', for its perfected upgrade dramatically increases the duration for all cloud related items like Medic Cloud Bomb and flasks. Also on a side note, this trinket provides small yet beneficial bonuses to reduce poison/bleed attacks, allowing the user to not rely on consistently buying Cleanser and Antibleeder.
