Introduction

Ghouls are zombies who can buff other zombies and slow humans down with their slow balls. Because they can give enfeeble which can makes all damage sources increased and slow which reduces their speed, allowing the zombies to catch up to the human, the ghoul is considered dangerous if played correctly and can easily kill you if you not careful.

Ghoul

What makes an ghoul good? His abilities helps him and zombies to give a advantage over the human.

The ghoul can give humans enfeeble which causes the humans he hits to receive more damage than usual by 40%. This is very helpful for the zombies as melee mains in wave one can be hard to kill but not impossible to kill one if teamwork is used here. The ghoul can also slow down humans by throwing slow balls which causes them to be slowed down. This allows the ghoul and zombies to catch up to the human for a finish up.

The ghoul can also deal damage with the regular damage (19 damage) followed up by his poison. Because the human was hit by a ghoul, he receives the enfeeble debuff which damages the human by 40%, he will be both taking poison damage as well anymore of the regular attacks by zombies more damage than usual. Also, if he was slowed by the balls, he is pretty much an free target to kill unless the human is skilled enough to escape or that the human can have several skills/perks to reduce their slow (Sure Step)
