"Harvest & Trustee", is a city map in Garry's Mod for the Zombie Survival gamemode. It was developed by TheSeriousSoul
This is TheSeriousSoul's first ever map, it was made as
The map is a recreation of the Harvest & Trustee bank from the Payday series, it features a branch bank and several businesses across the street such as restaurants and clothing stores.
Design
The map is set in a branch bank in Washington it is based off the map of the same name from the Payday game series [1]
The map has 5 sigils in the bank itself as well as 7 sigils in the businesses across from said bank, this can result in the bank not getting any sigils at all
Which results in the humans needing to defend the businesses and push out to the bank to access resources.
The map was created by placing a VMT texture of the level blueprints and had the brush work build on top of it to get the proper scale.
Gameplay
Harvest & Trustee is a circular city map with a large car park at the bank of the bank and two streets intersecting streets to the front and side. The overall playable space of the map is ~4,7862 hammer units. The z-spawns average ~1820 hammer units away from the closest engagement points.
There are many interior spaces for sigil locations, mostly comprised of single-entrance for the room itself with plenty of mobility for zombies to break in.
The map also features dynamic music tracks from Payday Soundtrack composed by Simon Viklund, there is also an unofficial fan-made track included made by "Neppu Tennouboshi"
The tracks play with respect to the game's current state, be it a wave in progress or intermission.
