Miscellaneous are trinkets that cannot be obtain by the worth menu, the remantler, or getting it from bounty. The only time you will get an miscellaneous trinket is when an admin gives you one (such as Good Apple, etc) or by looting an dead body that has one. You can also obtain one by spawning with it such as Ammo Package, etc.
