Always active on spawn
Description
Alacrity is a skill found in the Gunnery skill tree, it requires 3 skill points to unlock. (Must unlock Trigger Discipline I and II).
The skill allows the player to spawn in with a trinket box that gives them a choice of 3 randomized powerful trinkets.
