The 'Brain Rot' Ray Gun Mark II-Z resembles that of the Ray gun Mark II from the Call of Duty (zombies mode) series, albeit the energy capacitor and holographic is magenta.

The 'Brain Rot' Ray Gun Mark II-Z is a Pointsave exclusive tier 5 [[Guns|gun]] located in the sigil crate.

Its primary fire shoots 9 short range electrical beams in a shotgun pattern, has the ability to cause acid stacks against zombies.
